Terms and Conditions

Payment
Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice. Greenofficeconsumables.com reserves the right to obtain a security interest in the products sold to the customer, and in proceeds thereof, until payment is made in full by customer. Customer agrees to execute financing statements and other instruments at Greenofficeconsumables.com request. A £25.00 collection fee will be charged for all dishonoured checks. 

Taxes 
Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices include value added duties. 

F.O.B. and Risk of Loss
Upon delivery of the products to the customer, Greenofficeconsumables.com liability for delivery shall cease, and title and all risk of loss or damage to the products as a result of misuse, or damage to personal property as a result of misuse shall pass on to the customer.

Terms of Limited Warranty
Greenofficeconsumables.com warrants to the original customer purchasing such products directly from Greenofficeconsumables.com that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. Greenofficeconsumables.com, at its option, will repair, replace, or provide a credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, that is determined by Greenofficeconsumables.com to be defective. Greenofficeconsumables.com reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts. The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Greenofficeconsumables.com. 

Greenofficeconsumables.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THAT Greenofficeconsumables.com WARRANTS THAT SUCH PRODUCTS COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT DATA SHEET EFFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT AS AVAILABLE FROM Greenofficeconsumables.com ON ITS WEB PAGE( http://www. Any claim with respect to such products must be made 90 days from the original date of shipment from the Greenofficeconsumables.com premises and Greenofficeconsumables.com shall have no liability thereafter. Limitations
GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES, OR ANY WARRANTIES OR INDEMNITIES AGAINST INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN (CUSTOMER DISPUTES) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. CLAIMS AGAINST GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM FOR SHORTAGES SHALL BE DEEMED WAIVED IF NOT MADE WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT.

Undelivered Products 
A 5 business day waiting period is required for UK and 15 business day waiting period is required for Europe deliveries before any product shall be resent or any order be cancelled at the discretion of Greenofficeconsumables.com, per customer request. 

Wrong or Incomplete Delivery
You must check the delivery and acknowledge us of any wrongly delivered or missing items within 2 working days from the date of delivery. 

Component resale
Customer shall not engage in the business of reselling components purchased from Greenofficeconsumables.com, or remove components from product for resale, except upon express prior written authorization of Greenofficeconsumables.com.

Assignment
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of Greenofficeconsumables.com.

Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, including those on the face hereof, constitute the entire agreement with regard to this sale and expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale, including any terms and conditions on any of customers documents or purchase orders. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing law, jurisdiction and costs
This agreement is governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the UNITED KINGDOM is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that UNITED KINGDOM courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the customer and Greenofficeconsumables.com are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred.

Terms and Conditions 
This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON GREENOFFICECONSUMABLES.COM.

Returns Policy

We understand you may need to return the items back for one or another reason. This returns policy should clarify if you can expect replacement/exchange/refund or credit note for the returned items.

  • Please make sure that you check the delivery before opening any box or breaking the seal. If you have ordered in error or received wrong items due to mispackaging error from our side by any chance, they must be returned back to us unopened, unused in original packing. We reserve the right to charge you for the correct and incorrect orders if we do not receive them back from you within 14 days. Should you need any assistance to check the products, contact our friendly customer service team. Unfortunately, we can not exchange any opened items.
  • Faulty products will be replaced/exchanged/refunded only after Quality Control department tests the product. However please note you will not receive a replacement/exchange or refund if you use over 50% of the product!
  • No products should be returned without consulting our support team. If required, you will be sent Returns Form and necessary instructions for returning the items. Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
  • If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement in the Returns form, a standard replacement will be issued.
  • We are committed to test the faulty products (if applicable) and issue a replacement/exchange or refund as early as possible. Please kindly allow up to 7 working days for this process. Credit note for unopened, unused items will be issued immediately.
  •  In the unlikely event when you forget to mention your invoice/order reference number, we will do our best to find your package. Unfortunately, if we fail to do so, we will not be able to issue any replacement or refund. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause to you.
  • If the test results confirm that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then we reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labour at our current labour rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be advised prior to assessing these charges.
  • We will issue a refund for the shipping costs back to you (up to royal mail first class recorded delivery) for defective and cartridges that are received wrong. If you return the items back by special delivery or courier service, we will refund you up to £2.50 for shipping. Please note we are not responsible for return freight on non-defective or wrongly ordered cartridges.

Shipping Policy

Our pricing policy is to ensure that you are NOT loaded with ANY extra costs once you decide to purchase a product. We include all shipping and taxes that may be appropriate to the price that you see when browsing our website.

  •  Free delivery orders in UK are normally sent via 1st class Royal Mail. If required we may also send your order by recorded/guaranteed Royal Mail delivery or courier service.
  •  If you need next day guaranteed delivery, Please select appropriate shipping method and pay extra postage while processing your order. 
  •  All free delivery and special delivery orders paid before 3:30 pm GMT (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 3:30 pm GMT on Friday will be shipped on Monday morning. No orders will be dispatched on weekend or bank holidays.
  • International delivery orders will be dispatched only on Fridays by Royal Mail International delivery. Please request same day dispatch by phone/email if your order is very urgent.
  •  All orders paid by credit card are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Unless special provision is made, items will not be shipped individually. Orders will only be shipped once all items are gathered and packaged.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. 
  •  It is entirely your responsibility to make sure that you are providing us current and complete delivery address before processing any payment. If the order is dispatched to wrong/old/incomplete address, we will not be able to resend your order to correct place until the original package is recovered from Royal Mail.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made. A cheque will be issued if you paid by cheque. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the same card that you used for payment. 

  • Once refunded by card, money will appear on your account within 3 working days.
  • No refunds will be issued for the items returned after 14 days from the date of purchase. We keep a record of the date of authorizing any return on your account.
  • After 14 days, you will be eligible for a credit note which can be utilised any time in future for your next purchase. Please note, you will be charged 20% of restocking fee if you are returning wrongly ordered or non-defective goods.
  •  We will arrange immediate refund once the returned items are checked. If not, your money will be refunded within 15 working days. 

How can I cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order, please advise us by phone / fax or email. You can email to contact@greenofficeconsumables.com with subject line "Order Cancellation" and we will do our best to stop and cancel the order immediately. Do not forget to include your full name and order/invoice number. 
Please note, orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Do you store my card details?

Greenofficeconsumables.com does not collect any card numbers or any credit card information.  No financial details you give will ever be stored on this site. This is why you need to re-enter your card details every time you make a purchase with us. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All our customer records are encrypted and our servers our highly password protected. 

What is the difference between compatible and original cartridges?

The compatible cartridges are manufactured by a company called Xprint whereas original cartridges are manufactured by printer manufacturer itself (Epson, Canon etc). There is no difference in terms of quality and quantity of Ink, the only difference is price - compatible cartridges are cheaper than the Original / OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) cartridges.

Is it secure to provide you my personal details?

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

What are compatible cartridges?

Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies, which allow the consumer to enjoy big savings over brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty.

Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. The information practices of PayPal, Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnline Privacy Program.

Is it safe to provide my card details on your website?

Placing your order with us is safe. we uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all your payment details. SSL is the highest level of encryption on the Internet.

When you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details as part of the ordering process. When you enter your card number, the purchasing page starts with https:// and a key icon is displayed in the bottom status bar on your browser. This indicates that the card details you are entering are encrypted.

I didn’t get any confirmation after submitting the order, did my payment go through?

Some customers experience this problem when their internet connection is too slow. As soon as the payment goes through, we sent email to the customer with copy of the invoice. Please kindly check your emails including spam folder. If you can’t find any confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
